Peggy is the owner of Hair of the Dog and a Certified Professional Groomer.
She received her certification from Animal Arts Academy of Pet Grooming. After graduating from Animal Arts she stayed to further her education and hands on experience and was to become a Teacher of future groomers for her last 3 years there. She credits her Mentor, Barb Elery with the guidance that she received in the art of Grooming and special handling of our pets.
She is is able to groom all breeds to the standard or owner modified looks. She is always happy to work with you to determine the most appropriate and attractive look for your pet.
She specializes in the Terrier Breeds (the technique of hand stripping is also an option for your terrier!)
And also in with Non Sporting such as the merry Bichon Frise!
With only the best interest for your furbaby, Peggy has quite the reputation for being sick in love with the clients that come to see her. All with a soft hand and soft voice!
