De-mat fee:

In an effort to not traumatize your pet, if they are severely matted, discussions with you on other possible options. All measures to remove any matts without cutting them out will be taken, this helps to maintain the integrity of the coat. Regular grooming of your dog will help to ensure this does not become the norm.

If your pet is overly matted, please note there will be an additional charge based on the rate of $15.00 per quarter hour.

No Call, No Show Policies:

As professional service providers, we know how important your time is and we strive to give you our undivided and most valuable attention. We ask that in order to give you the best spa experience you please give a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. We understand that emergencies do happen. If possible, we ask that you notify us as soon as you can. Our salon and spa team members rely on your business. No shows result in loss of wages and the opportunity for other guests to be served if a cancellation had been made. We do courtesy calls 24 - 48 hour prior to assist you in meeting your reservation with us, if necessary you may reschedule at this time.

As a courtesy to all clients, reminder calls are placed 24 - 48 hours in advance. After attempts to contact clients on the scheduled day to make sure all is well and after a no show, any future appointments are placed on hold until communication has been made. If no communication is made within 72 hours, all appointments will be removed from the book. This policy also applies with 3 or more missed appointments

LATE ARRIVALS: 

Please call if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late and do not call, you must reschedule. Please call if you are going to be running late. 

Drop off time is between 7:00 am to 8:30 am, unless prior arrangements have been made.



SPECIAL NEEDS CHARGE: Please be honest,if you know that your little four legged child misbehaves at the groomer, it is important to share that with us prior to your appointment. The care and well being of your animal is very important to us. Knowing this prior allows us to appropriately book the appointment with the right groomer.. 

We do reserve the right to refuse service to a pet that is un-manageable and thus a potential risk to either the pet or a groomer.
